The conflict of interest policy helps establish procedures for identifying, disclosing, and handling potential conflicts involving board members, officers, or other persons involved in nonprofit governance.
This service is designed for nonprofit founders, board members, and organizations preparing corporate records for a 501(c)(3) application.
This package does not include nonprofit registration, Articles of Incorporation, EIN application, Form 1023, Form 1023-EZ, state filing fees, IRS filing fees, annual reports, Form 990, or charitable solicitation registration. Nonprofit registration and 501(c)(3) application preparation are separate services.
