Registered Agent Service
Maintain compliance with state requirements by appointing a registered agent for your business. This service includes one full calendar year of registered agent representation as required by applicable U.S. state laws.
The registered agent is designated to receive official state correspondence, legal notices, service of process, and other government communications on behalf of your company. Any documents received will be forwarded to you according to standard registered agent procedures.
This service includes only the duties and responsibilities required by U.S. law for a registered agent. No additional compliance, legal, tax, accounting, consulting, filing, or business management services are included unless purchased separately.
The registered agent service must be renewed annually. If the service is not renewed before the expiration date, the registered agent appointment will be terminated and your company may fall out of compliance with state requirements.
Service includes:
- Registered agent representation for one calendar year
- Receipt of official state correspondence
- Receipt of legal notices and service of process
- Forwarding of documents received on behalf of your company
- Maintenance of a registered office address as required by state law
Service does not include:
- State filing fees
- Annual reports
- Business compliance filings
- Tax preparation or accounting services

Renewal: Annual renewal required. Failure to renew may result in termination of registered agent services and potential non-compliance with state regulations.
