Paid Consultation

This service is a one-hour oral consultation by Zoom. The standard consultation fee is $150 per hour.

A standard consultation is intended for general business, accounting, tax, compliance, and company-related questions that do not require detailed document review, legal research, written analysis, or preparation of a position for a specific dispute or complex situation.

Examples of standard consultation questions may include choosing a company type, selecting a state for business registration, understanding basic tax or accounting options, choosing a bookkeeping format, understanding how business finances should be organized, or discussing which Business Services LLC service may be appropriate for your situation.

If your question requires review of documents, IRS or state notices, audit materials, contracts, correspondence, business records, or any other case-specific materials, the consultation must be booked as a complex consultation. The fee for a complex consultation is $300. This includes time for preliminary document review and one hour of oral consultation.

Documents for a complex consultation must be sent at least 2 days before the scheduled consultation. This allows us to review the materials in advance and discuss your situation in a more practical and focused way during the consultation.

Written consultations are not provided. All consultations are oral only.

After selecting an available date and time, you must complete payment to confirm your appointment. A Zoom link will be sent after the appointment is confirmed.

Consultation payments are non-refundable. If you book a consultation and later decide that you do not need it, miss the appointment, arrive late, or fail to attend, the payment is not refunded. Rescheduling may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time, subject to availability.

If you only have a simple question about our services, prices, service scope, working format, or website navigation, you do not need to book a paid consultation. You may ask the website assistant, which can answer general questions about Business Services LLC services free of charge.
