This service covers the preparation and filing of the required business formation documents with the appropriate state agency for the selected state and entity type. The price shown for the selected state and entity type includes the business formation filing and all required costs and filing fees necessary for that state registration. This service includes review of the information provided in the form, preparation of formation documents, state filing submission, and EIN application with the IRS when included in the selected package. This service does not include tax return preparation, business licenses, permits, registered agent service, operating agreements, corporate bylaws, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, amendments, annual reports, or any other separate business compliance service unless specifically selected and included in your order. If Registered Agent service or additional business documents are required and selected in your form, those services must be added to your cart separately. The business formation service and any selected additional services must be paid together at checkout. After the business formation is accepted and recorded by the state, a copy of the filed formation documents will be sent to the submitter email address provided in the form.
