This service covers the filing of the required state Annual Report, Statement of Information, Periodic Report or similar business compliance report with the appropriate state agency. The price shown for the selected state and entity type includes the Annual Report filing and all required costs and filing fees necessary for that report. This service includes review of the information provided in the form, including company name, entity ID, annual report year, business address, registered agent information, managers, members, officers, directors, trustees, partners and other details required for the selected state filing. This service does not include tax return preparation, franchise tax return filing, payment of franchise taxes, income taxes, registered agent service, reinstatement, amendments or any other separate business compliance service. If Registered Agent service is required and selected in your form, the Registered Agent service must be added to your cart separately. The Registered Agent service fee is $150. Both the Annual Report filing service and the Registered Agent service must be paid together at checkout. After the Annual Report is accepted and recorded by the state, a copy of the filed report will be sent to the submitter email address provided in the form.
