Additional tax return forms are used when your tax situation requires forms, schedules, or supporting tax documents that are not included in the standard tax return preparation package. The selected price includes preparation of the additional form and its inclusion in the applicable tax return filing. This service does not include a separate tax return package, amended return, tax notice response, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, or representation before the IRS or state tax agencies unless separately selected.
